Rebrand & Website Rebuild
Digital & Social Media Marketing

Pacific Errands

Pacific Errands is a trusted procurement partner supporting individuals, families, and organisations across the Pacific. This project focused on elevating the brand and digital presence to better reflect the professionalism, reliability, and care that underpin the business and its work in Pacific communities.
Objective
To reposition Pacific Errands with a stronger, more professional brand, deliver a fast and mobile-friendly website, and create high-quality collateral that supports client confidence and business growth, particularly with larger organisations and government partners.
Strategy
The strategy centred on creating a clear, professional, and accessible brand and website experience. A full brand redesign was paired with a complete website rebuild to improve speed, mobile usability, and navigation, supported by a social media strategy and consistent visual collateral.

Pacific Errands is a trusted procurement partner supporting individuals, families, and organisations across the Pacific. Founded and led by Lisa, the business was born from lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people and communities in remote locations.

While Pacific Errands had built a strong reputation through the quality of its service, the brand and digital presence no longer reflected the professionalism, scale, or credibility of the work being delivered, particularly for larger organisational and government clients.

This project focused on elevating the brand, improving usability, and creating tools that better supported growth and client confidence.

Objectives

  • Redesign the Pacific Errands brand to better reflect a professional, trusted procurement service
  • Rebuild the website to improve speed, mobile usability, and navigation
  • Create a clear, accessible digital experience for a diverse audience
  • Develop a social media strategy aligned with the refreshed brand
  • Produce professional collateral to support conversations with potential clients and partners

Scope of work

  • Brand redesign
  • Website rebuild and optimisation
  • Social media strategy
  • Design of professional marketing and sales collateral

Approach

The project began with a brand redesign that balanced professionalism with warmth, reflecting both the scale of Pacific Errands’ work and its strong community focus. The updated visual identity was designed to feel trustworthy, capable, and culturally grounded.

The existing website was then completely rebuilt. The previous site was slow, difficult to navigate, and not mobile friendly, which created barriers for users. The new site prioritised performance, clarity, and ease of use, particularly for mobile users and those accessing the site from the Pacific. Content was restructured to clearly explain services, process, and value, making it easier for potential clients to understand how Pacific Errands could support them.

Alongside the website, a social media strategy was developed to support brand awareness and credibility, supported by new visual assets that aligned with the refreshed identity.

Finally, a suite of professional collateral was created to support business development. These assets allow Pacific Errands to confidently present their services to potential clients, including larger organisations and government agencies, in a way that reflects the quality of their work.

Results

  • A refreshed brand that better reflects the professionalism and trust at the core of Pacific Errands
  • A fast, mobile-friendly website that is easier to navigate and understand
  • Improved clarity around services and value proposition
  • Consistent visual identity across website, social media, and client collateral
  • Stronger tools to support growth and client conversations

About the project

Pacific Errands is built on care, reliability, and deep connections to Pacific communities. This project was about ensuring the brand and digital presence matched that reality. By improving performance, clarity, and consistency, Pacific Errands is now better positioned to support both community needs and larger-scale procurement work across the region.
