WilMarine is a trusted local marine servicing business built on experience, reliability, and practical know-how. Led by Billy Williams, who brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience across outboards, marine systems, and trailer boats, WilMarine has long been known through word of mouth as someone you can rely on to get you safely back on the water.
Despite a strong reputation and growing demand, the business had no formal brand or online presence. Work was coming entirely through referrals, and there was little visibility beyond existing networks. The goal of this project was to give WilMarine a professional, credible presence that reflected the quality of the service being delivered and enabled the business to reach a wider audience.
Brand development and positioning
The project began with a full rebrand to establish a clear, professional identity for WilMarine. The brand needed to feel trustworthy, practical, and approachable, without losing the personal, hands-on nature of the business.
The new visual identity was designed to work across both digital and physical environments, from a website and business cards through to vehicle decals and uniforms. The result was a brand that feels established, reliable, and confident, giving WilMarine a polished presence that matches Billy’s experience and expertise.
Website design and build
With no previous website in place, a new site was designed and built to introduce WilMarine to a broader audience. The website clearly outlines services, experience, and approach, making it easy for potential customers to understand what WilMarine offers and how to get in touch.
The site was designed to be simple, fast, and mobile friendly, recognising that many customers would be searching on their phones while on the move. Clear calls to action and contact pathways were prioritised, supporting enquiries and bookings without unnecessary complexity.
Physical brand touchpoints
To support visibility beyond the website, the new brand was rolled out across key physical touchpoints. This included:
- Vehicle decals for WilMarine’s work vehicle
- Business cards for client handovers and referrals
- Uniform design to present a consistent, professional appearance on the job
These assets ensured the brand was visible wherever WilMarine was working, reinforcing credibility and helping turn everyday jobs into ongoing marketing.
