Tiwaiwaka Wines is a hands-on, family-run vineyard where Morton and Elise Anderson take care of everything, from growing the grapes to pouring a tasting glass at cellar door. My role was to translate that authenticity and craftsmanship into a strong digital presence that could support the business as it grew.
The project began with a complete website rebuild, designed to showcase Tiwaiwaka’s story, wines, and vineyard while introducing a fully functional eCommerce store, something the business had not previously had. This allowed customers to purchase wines directly online and strengthened Tiwaiwaka’s direct-to-consumer sales channel.
Alongside the website, I developed and executed a digital marketing strategy covering Google Ads, Meta advertising, and organic social media. This was supported by ongoing content creation, video production, and graphic design to ensure the brand was presented consistently across all channels.
To support cellar door operations, I also implemented an online booking system, making it easy for visitors to plan their visit while reducing admin time for the owners. The result is a cohesive digital setup that supports sales, storytelling, and the day-to-day running of a small, family-owned winery.
