Skindeep Laser Clinic is a laser-certified cosmetic clinic based in Lower Hutt, Wellington, specialising in advanced skin and non-surgical cosmetic treatments. With a strong reputation for safe, effective, and results-driven care, the clinic needed a digital presence that reflected the quality of its services and the professionalism of its team.
While Skindeep was already delivering excellent clinical outcomes, the brand and website no longer matched the level of experience being offered in clinic. The website lacked clarity, navigation was difficult for users, and the overall look and feel did not convey the high-end, medical-grade service clients were receiving. Paid advertising was active but not performing to its full potential.
Brand refresh and positioning
